It started with a phone call from a friend I've known for twenty years. Someone whose judgement I trust completely. She'd been going through her own struggles, and she told me these patches had shifted her life. I was going through a difficult season of my own at the time — so I listened.

No. Lifewave patches are non-transdermal — meaning nothing crosses the skin barrier. They work entirely through light interaction on the skin's surface. This is one of the things that makes them genuinely different from most wellness products.
Lifewave patches are drug-free and non-invasive. Because nothing enters your body, they have a very different safety profile from medications or supplements. A small number of people experience mild skin sensitivity from the adhesive, which is common with any patch-style product. As with any wellness product, it's worth mentioning to your GP if you have specific health conditions or concerns.
Results vary from person to person — as with any wellness approach. Many people notice something within the first few days to few weeks of consistent use. Some people take longer. Most patches are designed to be worn for up to 12 hours, then removed and disposed of. They're single-use, so a fresh patch each day. Some people wear them during the day; others prefer overnight (particularly for sleep support).
